Women's Insert

How to use
Step 1: Wipe inside of shoes clean.

Step 2: Remove plastic backing and place ball of foot cushions in the forefront of shoes, with straight edge below toes, gel waves down.

Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear.

How it works
When wearing high heels, the body’s center of gravity is tilted forward, adding pressure to the ball of foot.

Dr. Scholl’s Stylish Step Ball of Foot Cushions for High Heels easily adhere to your shoe to create a cushioning, protective barrier between your shoe and the ball of your foot. This helps absorb shock, and makes shoes more comfortable.

Ball of foot pain
The ball of the foot is the portion of the foot between your arch and toes, where bones called your metatarsals are located. As you walk, your weight is transferred from your heel to the ball of your foot, and if the weight is unevenly transferred to the metatarsals and over the ball of your foot, pain and swelling of the area can occur. You may have it if you experience pain in the ball of foot area. Frequently, painful calluses may also occur in the skin of that area.*
