Returns & Eligibility

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted.
  • Hygiene products (e.g., water bottles, insoles, personal care items, undergarments) cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  • Any free gifts included in your order must also be returned if your return is approved.

Return Process

  3. After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.
  4. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is approved, only the product price will be refunded.
